This Cookie Policy explains how DAVINCI SECURITY SRL (operating as "PlasmaThor") uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on plasmathor.com. It complements our Privacy Policy and applies to every visitor of the website.

The policy is issued in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) and Romanian Law 506/2004.

3.1 Strictly necessary

• Session and cart state (so the checkout works)

• Anti-fraud signals from Stripe at the payment step
• Cookie-consent state (so we don't ask again on every page)

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent and cannot be disabled in our consent banner.

3.2 Analytics (consent-based)

• Google Analytics 4 — aggregated visit and conversion measurement. IP truncation and ad-personalization are disabled.
• Vercel Web Analytics — privacy-friendly traffic counting; no cross-site identifiers.

Analytics cookies are loaded only after you accept analytics in the consent banner.

3.3 Marketing (consent-based)

• Meta Pixel — measurement of campaigns we may run on Meta platforms. Loaded only with explicit marketing consent.

4. Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by services we embed for the site to work or measure properly:

• Stripe — payment processing and 3-D Secure flows. See the Stripe cookie notice.
• Cloudflare — bot mitigation and asset delivery.
• YouTube / Vimeo— only on pages that embed product videos and only after you click "Play".

6. Retention

• Session cookies — deleted when you close the browser
• Consent state — 12 months
• Analytics — 14 months (Google Analytics 4 default, then anonymised)
• Marketing — up to 13 months or until you withdraw consent
