Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship from

Every order is dispatched from our warehouse in Romania, the registered address of DAVINCI SECURITY SRL. Items are made in Romania and qualify as EU origin for customs and VAT purposes — there are no customs declarations or import duties on intra-EU shipments.

2. Where we ship to

We currently fulfil orders to the following markets:

• Romania (RON, domestic)
• Germany (EUR)
• Austria (EUR)
• Spain (EUR)
• Poland (EUR)

3. Carriers and lead times

• Romania: Sameday or Cargus — you choose the courier at checkout; typically delivered in 1–3 business days from dispatch.
• Germany & Austria: FedEx — 3–5 business days.
• Spain & Poland: FedEx — 4–7 business days.

Lead times start from the day the order is shipped, not the day it is placed. We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Pre-orders and items marked "made to order" are dispatched once production is complete; the lead time is shown on the product page.

4. Shipping costs

Each order has a flat shipping fee based on the destination country:

• Romania: 25.00 RON — the same fee whichever courier you choose.
• Germany, Austria, Spain & Poland: €8.59 via FedEx.

These amounts include any applicable VAT — no further shipping charge is added at checkout. Promotional offers (e.g. free shipping above a threshold) are shown on the product or cart page when active.

5. Tracking

As soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier we send a shipping confirmation by e-mail with a tracking link. Tracking information may take a few hours to populate after the email is sent.

6. Customs and taxes

For all currently supported destinations the order ships within the EU customs union; no additional duties or import VAT apply. The price you pay at checkout is final — VAT is included according to the destination country and is shown separately on your invoice.

7. Failed delivery and address errors

Please double-check your address before paying. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, an unsuccessful delivery attempt or refusal at the door, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment; the additional shipping fee may be charged.

8. Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and let us know within 48 hours at [email protected] with photos. If a parcel is declared lost by the carrier, we will arrange a replacement or refund — see our Returns & Refunds policy for details.

9. Right of withdrawal

Consumers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU, starting from the day the parcel is received. The full procedure (including how return shipping is handled) is described in our Returns & Refunds policy.
